My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, right before Christmas, and we truly enjoyed our experience. The location was perfect for exploring Washington DC, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We loved the hot chocolate they offered after our chilly days out. However, the room was quite small, which was slightly uncomfortable for our family of four. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the city and enjoy a festive atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff provided exceptional service, particularly Jerry, the GM, who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable experience. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully modern, although I wish the extra charges for amenities had been clearer upfront. The dining at Via Sophia was outstanding, and I highly recommend trying the raviolis and the ricotta pancakes. Overall, a wonderful time despite a couple of minor bumps along the way.
